A controlled, structured path to delegation
Onboarding with BrokViser follows four stages. Each one has a defined output, so you always know what happens next.
Discovery
A structured conversation about your current workflows, systems, capacity constraints and where the pressure actually sits.
You, and the BrokViser team member who would lead your onboarding.
A summary of the workflows discussed and an initial view of where delegation could help.
Talk us through how your practice currently operates.
Move to Workflow Design if there's a fit worth pursuing.
Workflow Design
The specific tasks, responsibilities and checkpoints for your engagement are documented before any work begins.
Your team and BrokViser's onboarding lead, working from the systems and templates you already use.
A BrokViser Workflow Blueprint covering the workflow map, delegation split, responsibility boundaries, handover rules, escalation points, QA checkpoints, access permissions and initial service scope.
Confirm the scope, checklists and standards the Blueprint sets out.
Move to Team Integration once the Blueprint is agreed.
Team Integration
The team members assigned to your practice are introduced into your systems and begin working to the Blueprint.
Your assigned BrokViser team and, on your side, whoever manages day-to-day handover.
System access provisioned to what each task requires, and an initial run of files or documents reviewed closely as the team gets up to speed.
Provide access, respond to early questions and review the first files or documents produced.
Move to Scale once quality and workflow are settled.
Scale
Performance is reviewed against the Blueprint and support is adjusted, expanded or refined as your requirements change.
Your practice and your BrokViser onboarding lead, on an agreed review cadence.
A revised scope of work where support is expanded, or process refinements where it isn't.
Flag new pressure points or changes in volume as they come up.
Support is adjusted; the Blueprint is updated to reflect it.
Delegation without losing control
The purpose of this process is to give you confidence at every step. You decide what is delegated, you set the standards in your Workflow Blueprint, and you retain oversight throughout. BrokViser’s role is to make that delegation reliable, not to take control of your business.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Most practices start with one function and expand support progressively as the relationship develops.
